Freedom in the Clouds depicts human figures in a future time when the most important thing to mankind is not electronics but the absence of electronics. The figures in the lower part are the ones who refuse to give up their electronics and are willing to go through the burden of sliding them across the remote world. In the middle, there are the figures who realize that the burden of transporting what they think they want is not what will set them free. Once they let go they go up to a better place. This better place is in the clouds where people are free of the burden of electronics and have the time and the opportunity to enjoy themselves as shown by the dancing.
